Both the Forward (Dorsal Appliance) and the Telescopic Advancer offer lateral movement, for patient comfort. Mandibular protrusion up to 7mm, for appliance adjustment. The kits can be fabricated with either dual laminate (hard/soft) thermoforming blanks like Iconic Dual Laminate 3mm or with more traditional cold curing ortho resins or heat curing acrylics to form the splint.
